Run TradeItself on the same computer as your FXCM or RefcoFX Trading Station.
Setup TradeItself to collect emails from a dedicated email account. TradeItself does not require any third party email client software to be running. Just enter email account details (username, password etc.) into TradeItself.
TradeItself checks this email account every few seconds. (NB. All non relevant email is deleted)
If email arrives and has text like "Buy EURUSD", TradeItself will interact with the Trading Station (subject to restrictions below) and execute the trading instruction associated with the text found in the email. e.g. buying EURUSD at market price.
Stop loss, Limit and Amount etc. are not read from the email but are pre-defined against each currency pair within the TradeItself software.
TradeItself does not send trades over the internet, it merely electronically "presses" the buttons of the Trading Station.
TradeItself is not a trading system in of itself. TradeItself only execute trades when you send it an email containing trading instructions.
A normal trading cycle from email sent to trade placed is around the 25 second mark or less. (NB. high market volatility can slow the trading cycle)
